Dr. Jesusito S. Zubiri is a Cebu-based plastic and reconstructive surgeon. His official biography states that he began practicing in Cebu in 1978. He is a Fellow of the Philippine Association of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons and a Diplomate of the Philippine Board of Plastic Surgery.

He obtained his medical degree from the University of the Philippines College of Medicine in 1971. Subsequently, he completed general surgery training in the Yale University Bridgeport Hospital program and plastic surgery training at New York University Medical Center.

His documented work includes Asian eyelid surgery, publication of surgical techniques and reconstructive care for patients with cleft lip and palate.
