Clear labels

A paid placement should be identified as sponsored, advertised, or featured as appropriate. An enhanced profile may include extra information or visibility, but it does not represent a clinical endorsement or verification.

Editorial independence

Payment must not buy a positive review, a higher editorial rank, removal of a legitimate negative review, or a claim of superior outcomes. We may decline advertisements with misleading credentials, unsupported safety claims, guaranteed results, or inappropriate patient images and testimonials.

Enquiries and privacy
