Writing a useful review
Describe your own experience accurately. You may discuss scheduling, communication, explanations, fees, aftercare, and how concerns were handled. One person’s result does not predict another’s. Disclose any incentive or personal or commercial connection to the provider.
What we do not accept
- Reviews based only on rumours or another person’s experience
- Threats, harassment, discrimination, or unsupported accusations
- Medical records or identifying information about another patient
- Fake reviews, impersonation, undisclosed paid reviews, or spam
Moderation and disputes
We may ask for information to assess whether a review reflects a genuine experience, remove private details, and reject or remove material that breaks these rules. We do not promise to verify every medical claim or outcome. A provider may respond, but disagreement alone is not a reason to remove a compliant review.
