• Explain the correct information and include a reliable source
• Tell us your relationship to the surgeon or clinic, if relevant

Please do not send patient records or unnecessary identity documents.

How we respond

We review available evidence and may ask for clarification. A confirmed error may be corrected, clarified, or removed. We may note significant changes on a page. A disagreement with an opinion or a genuine patient account does not automatically establish a factual error.
